Son of Rebecca Marie "Becky" Adkins, and having the same birthday, 23 December, 1910-2006 and 1936, was fathered by Durward Clifford "Buster" Partlow, (both passed) sister Mary Jo Partlow/Gibson, (both have passed on) sister Betty Lorene/Partlow/Sheers/Hicks/Davenport/McCoy, (all 5 have passed) kid brother, Durward Clifford "Cliff" Partlow, Jr., His 2 wives Winnie Carter and Arlene Mills (all 3 have passed) Kenneth Elmer "Ken" Partlow, (passed) who had three wives: Mary Brumfield, Gay Federer and Svenna Malmquist. (All 3 are still living.) I have been married 4 times, Cora Lee Miller (passed) Delorus Jean Epling (passed) and Robert Lee Partlow, Jr. our living son; Dorla Baye Fetty and our daughter, Tara Marie Partlow. I am presently married to Heidi Haupt Partlow from Germany, and reside in Encinitas, California.
